We serve a large portion of Suffolk County, concentrated in the western and central sections. Our coverage runs from the Nassau County border through the Smithtown and Stony Brook areas. We do not currently service the East End (Riverhead, the Hamptons, or the North Fork). If you’re in a community not on our list, call us and we’ll confirm.
We serve the eastern portion of Nassau County, including communities like Syosset, Plainview, Old Bethpage, Woodbury, and Oyster Bay Cove. We do not currently service western Nassau or New York City boroughs.
Same-day service is our goal for all communities in our coverage area. Availability depends on technician scheduling on any given day, but we prioritize speed across the board. Call early for the best chance at a same-day appointment.
Our pricing is based on the repair, not your location within the service area. There is no travel surcharge for communities within our coverage zone.
